Housekeeping: Linens and a supply of towels are included with your cabin along with trash service, however, no daily linen or cleaning service is provided. 

Final payment is required upon check-in. While we accept credit cards, we do charge a 3% fee. We do not charge an additional fee for checks or cash (exact change please). We also require a credit card be put on file for all reservations upon check-in for incidentals.

Rates Policy: Rates are quoted per night and are subject to state and local tax. The Best Available Rate is subject to change and is not confirmed until a reservation has been made. Minimum stay lengths may apply throughout the year.

Cancellation Policy: 

At Agate Lake Resort, we understand that plans sometimes change unexpectedly. Because we make staffing arrangements, purchases, and other preparations based on confirmed reservations, cancellations can significantly impact our small, family-owned resort. We appreciate your understanding of the following cancellation policy.
 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, or payment in full if booking within 14 days of arrival.
 

When your canceled cabin is rebooked at full-season rates, your deposit will be refunded, less a $500 rebooking fee per canceled cabin.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are responsible for the full reservation amount unless the cabin is rebooked. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, even if the cabin is rebooked.
 

Additional Cancellation Terms

Shortened stays, late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, and weather-related cancellations are subject to our
cancellation policy and are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations must be made by phone.
 

Receipt of your deposit confirms your agreement to this cancellation policy.

Lost Items:
Agate Lake Resort is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen items. If forgotten items are located and requested to be mailed back to the owners, a minimum fee of $10 will be charged and could be more depending on shipping costs.
