Extra Person Charge
$50 per person – per night

Day Guests - $25 per person

Housekeeping: Linens and a supply of towels are included with your cabin along with trash service, however, no daily linen or cleaning service is provided. 

Final payment is required upon check-in. While we accept credit cards, we do charge a 3% fee. We do not charge an additional fee for checks or cash (exact change please). We also require a credit card be put on file for all reservations upon check-in for incidentals.

Rates Policy: Rates are quoted per night and are subject to state and local tax. The Best Available Rate is subject to change and is not confirmed until a reservation has been made. Minimum stay lengths may apply throughout the year.

Cancellation Policy: 
At Agate Lake Resort, we understand that life sometimes throws a curve ball and plans unexpectedly change. We make many preparations, including purchases and scheduling our staff, based on reservations. Cancellations affect us greatly, therefore you must agree to the following cancellation policy at the time of booking:

If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Due to COVID, we have made exceptions and have refunded the 50% deposit minus a $500 administrative fee IF we are able to rebook your cabin(s). If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus 50% of your total stay. The non-refundable deposit also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.

Cancellations MUST be made by phone, not via email.


Agate Lake Resort is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen items. If forgotten items are located and requested to be mailed back to the owners, a minimum fee of $10 will be charged and could be more depending on shipping costs.
