Resort Maintenance & Grounds Crew – Part-Time – Paid Weekly!

Job is located in the Brainerd Lakes Area - Local applicants only please (18+)
 

Agate Lake Resort, located near Nisswa and Lake Shore, is hiring hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our Resort Turnover Team for Summer 2026.
 

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, punctual, and take pride in a job well done — we want to meet YOU!

Responsibilities may include:

  • Cabin turnover and cleaning

  • Grounds maintenance and upkeep

  • Beach raking and vacuuming

  • General outdoor maintenance tasks

  • Helping keep the resort clean, welcoming, and guest-ready
     

Bonus points if you’re handy and comfortable helping with basic maintenance and repairs around the resort!

We’re looking for team members with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Reliable transportation and weekend availability are a plus.
 

Schedule Requirements:
Saturdays: May 30 – August 22, 2026
Approximately 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/3:30 PM
*Additional weekly hours may be available for qualified individuals that are handy!

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, punctual, and take pride in a job well done — we want to meet YOU! We’re looking for men and women who are responsible, honest, and attentive, with a positive attitude. Bonus points if you’re friendly, fun, and just a little bit silly. No experience? No problem! We provide in-depth training to set you up for success.
